Double Colour Plastic Injection Moulding

Double injection moulding is a plastic moulding solution where two different types (or colours) of materials are injected into a single plastic part simultaneously by 2 distinct sets of injection systems. This allows engineers to create multi-material or multi-coloured parts without additional assembly steps.

Silk Screening / Tampo

Tampo printing is where a silicon pad is used to transfer ink from an etched printing plate onto a substrate. We provide various types & sizes of silicone rubber pad for usage in tampo printing. The inherent flexibility of the silicon pad used to transfer the ink allows it to apply full contact with the surface being printed despite irregularities on surfaces.

Spraying

We have clean room spray facility. Our current spray facility is meeting automotive require standard ISO 10K.

Component Sub-Assembly

We fabricate and mould customized plastic parts and sub-assemblies using rigid, semi-flexible and flexible polyurethane materials. The requirements of the industry are constantly growing thus the variety and complexity of the materials required.
